When a patient receives his/her initial oral examination at our office, it generally involves evaluating the health of your gums. This data enables us to determine the best course of treatment for you. It is important to understand that our hygienist is a highly trained professional who will be handling much of the patient's initial periodontal therapy. Communication with Dr. Horowitz will then round out the Periodontal Treatment Plan in coordination with your restorative dentist.
